Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This Policy applies to paid Cloudscriptflow training enrollments confirmed by invoice or enrollment email. Prices on this website are informational only; payments occur offline.

Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible cohort seats when cancellation meets the timeframes below and materials access has not been abused (for example, mass downloading followed by immediate cancellation).

Timeframe

Full refund requests must arrive at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the published cohort start date. Requests between thirteen and seven days before start may qualify for a partial refund. Within six days of start, fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or noted under Exceptions.

Full or partial refund conditions

A full refund returns 100% of tuition paid for the canceled seat. A partial refund returns 50% of tuition when the request falls inside the seven-to-thirteen-day window and the learner has not received private kickoff deliverables for Flow Audit Circle or Command Ledger packages.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, courier costs for physical binders, custom on-site travel already incurred, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable. Promotional add-ons marked non-refundable in the enrollment email remain non-refundable.

Refund process

Email [email protected] with subject “Refund request,” your full name, cohort name, invoice or enrollment reference, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within three business days and state whether the request meets this Policy.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within fifteen (15) business days using the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may require additional verification details from your finance team.

Cancellation by Cloudscriptflow

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full tuition refund. We are not responsible for travel you booked independently.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies, mandatory military duty, or government travel restrictions may support goodwill accommodations outside the standard windows. We evaluate these case by case and may offer credit instead of cash when materials were already delivered.
